Not only are we rolling out a new panel for our customers, but we are also introducing new servers, backend systems, and processes to improve the overall hosting experience for everyone. As our company has grown over the years, we have recognized the need to upgrade our technology stack to better serve our customers. Back in 2017, we developed a custom panel that has served us well for many years. However, as the demands of our customers and the industry have evolved, we realized the need for a more advanced panel with enhanced functionality. In 2022/2023, we made the decision to start planning and building a new panel that would better meet the needs of our users. After a year of dedicated planning and development, we are proud to unveil our new panel, which comes with a range of new features and improvements. We have also implemented new ways of charging accounts, managing websites, and upgrading server hardware to offer a more streamlined and efficient experience for our customers. The new panel features a completely different data structure compared to the old one, making it necessary for us to gradually migrate to the new system. This means that we will be phasing out our old servers and services in favor of the new and improved technologies. We are confident that these changes will enhance the overall hosting experience for our customers and allow us to better meet their needs now and into the future.
