The incompatible data structure requires a manual process, which our small team is unable to do for each migration. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Additionally, we are implementing a significant PHP minimum version update that may break any site that is not updated. This could result in a broken site that may not be repairable if we were to do a forced file transfer. To prevent any issues with your site, we highly recommend updating your site and plugins before moving them to the new panel.
