Bandwidth usage & how it's calculated

Our bandwidth is measured based on outgoing data only, which means that uploading images and media to your site does not count towards your usage. Additionally, any usage of SFTP and email services is not monitored for bandwidth usage. We only track outgoing HTTP/HTTPS connections for bandwidth usage purposes.

All payments to LAMM Creative Solutions (NodeHost) are nonrefundable. This includes any charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred.
